First of all. To the extent that Apmel is to be identified with his primatar he is a refuser of military service for any country. His solidarity is not confined to arbitrary borders made up by kings armies in the past. He early identified three wrongs in the world; nationalism, militarism and religions.
Apmel is also against secrets among the elite in any form. Be they bankers, generals or diplomats. So he applauds what Assange and WikiLeaks are doing. In the beginning of this circus Apmel bought into the conspiracy idea that one of the women accusing Assange of rape in fact is working for CIA and even helped spreading it with some comment on his friend Miso's posts on Assange. Read them all here:

Assange keeps contradicting himself in his claims about Sweden. On radio he has stated that he came to Sweden in august 2010 as a runaway from FBI that was stalking everywhere in Great Britain. He felt safer in Sweden. Of course now his lawers say the reverse, even though the situation according to several experts is that Sweden is not allowed to extradict him to USA without the approval from Great Britain in any case.
Lawers in Sweden think that the most likely outcome when he comes to Sweden is that he will not be charged with anything after the hearing. But even if it goes to trial, and he is found guilty, the penalty will be shorter than the time he has been in house arrest in Great Britain.
So when a dear friend aired her conspiracy theory to Apmel the other day he gave her this link http://justice4assange.com/
to just about every consipracy in this matter that the Assange camp wants people to adhere to when it comes to Sweden, just to let her know that he already heard it all, but personally stopped believing them. He then got this reply which really upset him! (not because of what it said about Sweden but what was assumed about him)

When he showed the same link to Bock who happens to be a swedish lawer his reaction was that he was mostly disturbed about ”the way in which the two female victims are being hung out to dry and portrayed as malicious, scheming, bitches for not putting up with Julian Assange´s activity. However the case against Julian Assange turns out in the end, that is the most shameful part of this drama.”

The lack of a critical review by Paul Assange and Wikileaks is embarrassing for the media.
How can we know what documents are released and which have not been released yet? And why?
When Paul Assange threatened extradition to Sweden immediately released Wikileaks ' secret papers ' on the Foreign Minister, who has always been public in Sweden.
A large number of wealthy media corporations have downloaded the whole Wikileaks database and not really found anything that had not been known previously.
Paul Assange portrays himself as extremely guilty with his errant and slander if Sweden and the Swedish judiciary.
Paul Assange is not a resource for serious workers without undermining the credibility of the Wikileaks Wikileaks instead.

The quote in the end of this post from Bock´s blog about how the two women have been treated is pinpointing exactly how the propaganda has worked in this case.
It is so middle-aged; when a woman don´t want to fuck on any other terms than her own she is not worth a shit.
And I am glad that justice has come as far as this, insisting on trying to find out what happened by listening to both sides - it would not have been the case some decades ago.
One can understand the conspiracy theories in a way - Swedens Security Police have had a dirty cooperation with the US sometimes as have most western countries.
But in this case the conspiratory lovetrap theory is way out of line. Apart from all other arguments against it, US has already got their scapegoat in young Bradley Manning - Wikileak´s probable source, facing a very heavy penalty.

Huhu apmel ..there is a thing i don't understand. See: Sweden and Germany are not very different nations. Both are real democracies, both have a good working justice (even in Germany we have hard laws against rape, believe it or not) How comes that real honest and honorable Newspapers in Germany have a very different view on the thing with this assange?

Now, the question is not what Bock is thinking but of two rape victims should receive redress or not.
It stands, have stood and will stand women in the queue in the courts for redress.
Too many men in high positions imagine that just those can live outside the law and demonstrate an uninhibited women contempt.

My words are applauding Bock´s standpoint in this case and you should really read what he has written about Assange, but read slowly.
Because I am rather sure that you will then agree with him on this special case.
