i think - once upon the time .. there was mysterious giant ..
huge as the whole universe .. the giant started as tiny baby ..
got bigger and bigger.. and one day he exploded and died

-- and we are the miserable relicts of his body ..

determind to die also.

I cant prove this theory ... but not to prove is modern physics
