Farbror Ib och min primatar står varandra nära (inte minst för att Ibbetson var den första av Apmellar som rezzades). När jag råkade läsa detta stycke efter frukost idag, den 9 september, föll det sig genast naturligt att låta det ingå i serien med dennes citat här på bloggen.
Lika självklart kändes det genast att låta citatet åtföljas av bilden från Pixel Sideways interaktiva installation Omnipotent.

Whether you live three thousand years or thirty thousand, remember that the only life you can lose is the one you are living now in the present.... In this sense the longest life and the shortest come to the same thing, for life in the present is the same for all. ...
