Machinimaposters

Apmelina är barnsligt förtjust i allt som rör film. Inte minst gamla filmaffischer. Därför skyndade hon idag till DORE Mini Cinema som har fått den briljanta idén att startat en utställning med machinimaposters. ´

Come to enjoy this first Machinima Posters Exhibit in DORE Mini Cinema.

We are proud to announce a new project with one excellent machinimator. These posters we are showing (3) were donated by our actually Guest Machinimator: Laurina Hawks.

By the early 1900s, Movie Posters began to feature illustrations of a scene from each individual film or an array of overlaid images from several scenes. Same happens with Machinima Posters, have used artistic interpretations of a scene or even the theme of the film, represented in a wide variety of artistic styles.

Originally, film posters were produced for the exclusive use by the theatres exhibiting the film the poster was created for, and the copies of the posters were required to be returned to the distributor after the film left the theatre.

As a suggestion, should be great to have a Machinima Posters Database like this
