Jak Gibberish, also known in Second Life as Zion Zemenis is a wacky odd ball of a cartoonist/Illustrator living in London, England. He rezzed into this world of Second Life on the 24th of February '09, ready to coat the place in so many bright ' n ' juicy colours you would of sworn you were trapped inside a huge jelly bean. His artwork is everything from the crazy to the down right silly, fusing cartoon styles from the hip hop scene, graff work into the surreal and bizarre all nicely sprinkled with a good topping of kitch! If you want your greasy eyeballs to explode with orgasmic delight look no futher than Jak Gibberish!
Jak's first year in the freelancing illustration trade, just a month after getting an animation degree he was asked by the famous house producer, Micky Slim to be an exclusive artist for his brand new record label, Bomb Squad! Just a few months after that he was asked to illustrate an album cover by the breakbeat band, Duel Calibre plus a few vinyl singles. After completion Jak Gibberish went on to produce work for a New York based record label, Bad bwoy Bass USA aswell as work for the house band/DJ's 2 Bit Thugs, Torqux and Fuzz Box to name just a few! Wanting to push onto the next step he dived into SL where he would soon be doing custom pieces for people. And all this in just his first year of freelancing, who knows what's behind the next corner!!
