Second Life Opera House seeks a partner to share 50/50 the joys and sorrows of running the venue.
The Opera sits on 1/2 of a full sim with 12000 L$ weekly tier. The land will be
divided into two 1/4 of a sim and transfered to the new owner/partner. The tier for 1/4 of the sim will be 6000 L$.
The new partner will be in charge of organizing events 2 weeks out of the
month.
